ADOPTION FORM (For use when adopting our cats in branch only)

I/we agree to provide proof of address and provide evidence of ownership or landlords permission to keep pets if required

I/we agree to provide a suitable home environment and veterinary treatment as required.

I/we agree not to breed from or sell the cat in our care.

I/we agree to inform Friends of Felines if the cat goes missing in our care.

I/we agree to return the cat to Friends of Felines if, for whatever reason, we are not completely

happy or unable to keep. I/We will not pass on or sell to another party

I/we agree to keep the cat in for a minimum of 4 weeks and to keep all windows and doors closed (including cat flaps) to prevent them from escaping.

The adoption fee includes the microchip, flea, wormer, and the first vaccination only.

The vaccination booster will be at the owners cost.

Claiming your free first vaccination appointment

Please contact a member of Friends of Felines to make the appointment at one of our approved

clinics. If you make the appointment yourself, you will be charged the full cost.

I agree and understand this is an agreement between myself (New owner(S) and not an agreement with Meow Cat Cafe Essex LTD.
